We really enjoyed our stay of 6 nights in August. We had the apartment consisting of bedroom (with a nice firm king-size bed), well-equipped kitchen, and large modern bathroom with underfloor heating. All was spotlessly clean.
Every morning fresh bread and rolls from the local bakery were delivered and we had a very good breakfast with more than enough meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, fruit juice etc.
Our hosts, Martin and Carole, were most welcoming and helpful in every way. We were away so much that we regrettably did not have a chance to get to know them better. Hopefully next time.
Oberwangen and Dussnang are lovely friendly villages and there are many well-signed walks over the hills and through the woods. We made thankful use of the tourist information guides and brochures which Martin and Carole provided, to explore Thurgau and St Gallen. There is so much to see.
We are sure to be back sometime.
